The Flavor Profile: Earthy, aromatic thyme meets the tart-sweet notes of black currant - which just happens to be named Flavor of 2026 by culinary trendsetters. (We like to stay ahead of the curve!) It's herbaceous without being overpowering, fruity without being candy-sweet. This is the flavor that makes people pause, think, then immediately reach for another handful.
