I started calling him 'Pop' once I reached that age, where 'daddy' was just too childish. Pop planted an entrepreneurial seed early inside of me, as our playtime usually included some type of imaginative business model.
Always encouraging, extraverted, and pointing upward, Pop taught me that 'if you don't ask, you don't get' and also to be thankful for every little thing... 'For every good and perfect gift is from above.' (James 1:17)
